My name is Rustam. Customers know me as Rusty, and Trusty Rusty is the name of my mobile handyman service. When you call or text, you reach the person who reviews the request and does the work.
I travel to customers in Sacramento and nearby communities. This is a mobile service, not a storefront or a separate office in each city.

These standards describe the same process published across the service and project-limit pages. Every request is still reviewed before it is accepted.

Photos, location, surfaces, access, and materials help determine whether a job fits.
The likely rate, minimum, materials, and project limits are discussed before work.
Rusty works neatly, protects the work area, cleans up, and completes a final walkthrough.
Each service page shows typical requests, real work photos, pricing context, and work that does not fit.
Trusty Rusty is not licensed by the California Contractors State License Board (CSLB). Work is limited to casual, minor, or inconsequential work when the aggregate price for labor, materials, and all other items is less than $1,000, the project does not require a building permit, no employee or helper performs or assists with the work, the work is not part of a larger project, and the project is not divided to avoid licensing requirements.
A request, estimate form, call, or text does not confirm a job or appointment.
Large, structural, permit-required, crew-based, or larger-project work is not accepted.
If the fit is unclear, Rusty reviews it before scheduling. See the full Project Limits.
Coverage depends on the exact address and project. The quote request asks for a city and ZIP so Rusty can check before scheduling.
Send the city, ZIP, project details, and photos if useful. Rusty will tell you the next useful step before anything is scheduled.
